Privacy Policy

1. Who are we?

Aisly is a mobile application developed for iOS and Android, available as "Aisly" in the App Store and Google Play.

2. What data do we process?

• Scan history: Products you scan are stored locally on your device. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share something.
• Goal setting: Your chosen goal (muscle gain, weight loss, eating healthier) is stored locally.
• Daily goals: Your set protein and calorie goals are stored locally.
• Seed cycling phase: If you configure this, your phase is stored locally.
• Language preference: Your language setting is stored locally.
• API requests: When you scan a product or analyse a photo, the relevant information (barcode, nutritional values or image) is sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for analysis. Images are not retained by Anthropic after processing.

3. Product data

Product information for barcode scans is retrieved from Open Food Facts, an open database available under the Open Database License (ODbL). We do not store this product data on our servers.

4. AI processing

Aisly uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to analyse products and photos. Requests are sent via the Anthropic API. See Anthropic's privacy policy for more information on how they process data: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy

5. No account, no tracking

Aisly does not require an account. No personal data is collected, stored or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. There is no tracking, no ad network and no third-party analytics.

6. Push notifications

With your permission, Aisly sends local push notifications as a reminder to scan (streak reminder). These notifications are processed entirely locally on your device and do not require a server.

7. Security

All data in Aisly is stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage. We have no access to your personal data.

8. Your rights

Because we do not store personal data on servers, you can fully manage your data through the app. You can clear your scan history via "Clear history" in the app, or delete the app to remove all data.

9. Minors

Aisly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most current version is always available at aisly.app/privacy.
